Speaking and Training

Zoe has a broad range of experience through over 20 years of working in a variety of sectors.

They worked in the NHS for 23 years in senior and strategic management roles. They have several postgraduate-level academic qualifications in public sector management and comparative healthcare systems and worked in NHS commissioning for most of their NHS career.

Zoe first qualified as a leadership coach, and continues to offer coaching and leadership sessions to professionals to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

They also have an acting background. A former Equity member with credits in film and theatre, Zoe worked extensively with Theatre of the Oppressed methodology to bring theatre games and techniques into therapeutic encounters in schools, prisons and care homes.

Zoe has speaking and training experience in small and large groups. They have recently presented at conventions in Bristol and London, their most recent presentations included talks on the intersections of neurodiversity and queerness, and the impact of the Hay’s Code on queer representation in film and television. They have been a podcast guest to speak about issues related to healthcare and wellbeing.
